Once you have had success in the markets with trading it is hard to give up and go back to your life before. The first time you make your weeks pay in one hour with your trading account it is hard to go back to your day job. Whether you trade part time or full time, whether you trade for capital appreciation or to pay bills, many can not leave the game after they have tasted victory. Traders can see the possibilities in the future in the right market using the right system. I have experienced the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. I have had the 50% account draw down and the six figure profit. I have had enough money in my trading/investing account to pay off my house since I was 27 years old. I have had zero financial pressure in my life since I was about 35 years old. Is the work, stress, and occasional pain of trading worth it? I have no regrets, and no plans to stop trading.
